Development Appeals Board

The R.M. of Pense is looking for volunteers to sit on our Development Appeals Board.  We need three board members and a secretary.  The Board's main purpose is to resolve disagreements over the administration of the zoning bylaw under The Planning and Development Act. 

The Board holds public hearings and hears appeals concerning the approval of development permits, zoning bylaw issues and some nuisance bylaw issues.

Remuneration will be paid to all members and the secretary.  For more information or to submit an application, please contact the municipal office.
